课题组主要围绕DNA分子诊断新技术开展研究，瞄向病原体、遗传、耐药、肿瘤的临床需求。研究方向包括：新型CRISPR分子诊断技术、DNA等温扩增/信号放大检测技术、DNA级联电路与DNA纳米技术等。近五年在ACS Nano、Advanced Science、Chemical Science、Analytical Chemistry、Chemical Communications、Journal of Materials Chemistry A、Topics in Current Chemistry、Analytica Chimica Acta、Talanta等期刊发表数十篇篇论文,研究成果多次被Chemical Communications及Journal of Materials Chemistry A等期刊选为封面文章。长期担任ACS Nano、Advanced Materials、Advanced Functional Materials、Chemical Communications和Nanoscale、Analyst等期刊的审稿人。
